STAFF, TRANSCRIPT AND ACADEMIC CALENDAR INFORMATION

In response to the pandemic, the LOC Registrar’s Office is working remotely.

 

TO REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT:

 

Transcripts may still be ordered online by clicking here. Please direct all other inquiries to transcript@loc.edu. We will be monitoring and responding in real-time during normal business hours.

LeMoyne-Owen College requires written authorization from the student before we will release transcripts.

In any request for a transcript we require the following information:

Full name (also any former names) Address and Social Security number.

Student must present a Picture ID.

Dates of Attendance or Year of Graduation.

Complete address where transcript will be mailed or if it will be picked up

Daytime Phone Number

You may request your transcript be sent to you. However, any transcript mailed to you will have “Unoffical, Issued to Student”. Official transcripts may not be sent to a home address. Most institutions require that your transcript be mailed directly to them and will not accept a transcript that has been “Issued to Student”.

Transcripts are $5.00 each, payable to the Fiscal Office in person, mail or by phone (901) 435-1581.

Requests will NOT be processed until payment has been received and/or any financial holds have been satisfied.

Plan to allow 5-8 business days to process your request.
