Greetings!


As a new Magician entering LeMoyne-Owen College, you are REQUIRED to participate in our new student orientation program. This program is designed to give you the opportunity to learn more about the college and give you tools to achieve your academic goals. We believe that success during your first semester will set the tone for your future.


During Orientation, expect to learn about financial aid, the registration process, housing, parking options and the LeMoyne-Owen College experience. We also provide information that will assist you in understanding academic policies and procedures as well as the Student Code of Conduct. Therefore, please come prepared to stay for the DURATION of orientation.


Below are links to information you need and steps you must take to prepare for New Student Orientation:

1. Fill out the online New Student Orientation registration form at this link by August 23, 2015.

2. Complete the Counseling Center Needs Assessment Survey at this link.

3. Take the Mandatory placement test (all incoming freshman-more information regarding the placement test can be found at this link.)
