In the event of inclement weather conditions, the College may delay opening, close for the day, or close early. The decision of such disruptions of operation will be made by the President and communicated to the college community by the Office of Student Affairs or a designee. In the event that such an emergency occurs during nonworking hours, employees are required to listen to the radio or television whenever announcements are imminent.

The College will maintain a 24Hour Communication Center at (901) 4351464
(Security) to inform students, faculty, and staff when the school will reopen
for classes. All previously scheduled events (i.e. athletic games, etc.) at the college will be canceled until further notice.

Students should utilize their campus email for notices and updates.
