Our LeMoyne-Owen College Alumni are an important and proven asset in the creation of community understanding of the College’s mission, services, and accomplishments. Through your generosity in giving both financial support and volunteer services, we continue to enhance the teaching and learning experience at LeMoyne-Owen College while maintaining quality and relevant educational programs.

 

The Alumni Offices are located in Sweeney Hall, where we actively work to support continued contact with our alumni. Becoming an active member of the LeMoyne-Owen Alumni Association is an excellent way to share ideas, valuable input and information, and welcomed expertise that serve to enhance our efforts and contribute to the success of development projects and planned events.  More importantly, active membership can provide the perfect opportunity to let us know how you are doing and perhaps to renew relationships with old friends.

 

Membership Dues
Alumni of LeMoyne-Owen College play a vital role in preserving the legacy of the College. They are actively involved in fundraising activities to support the college meet its needs for the 21st century. They also participate in cultivation of current students into the association by mentoring and instilling pride in their alma mater. Annual membership fee for the Memphis Chapter Alumni is $25.00 or $250.00 for a lifetime membership. Annual membership fee for the National Alumni Chapter is $50.00 or $500.00 for a lifetime membership.

A: Submit a letter to The Office of the Registrar containing the following information:

Class Year and Major

 

A money order or cashier's check made out to LeMoyne-Owen College in the amount of $25.00 must accompany the letter. Please allow 4-6 weeks to process your request.

A: The Office of Alumni Relations is not able to process a request to contact Alumni
over the telephone. We would, however, be happy to accept your contact information
[name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail address], and contact the Alumnus you
are seeking. Your information would be provided to the person you want to contact, and
he or she would make the decision to contact you. Sometimes this process may take a
while.
