| THE DIVISION OF SOCIAL AND BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES | |
This division, with areas of study in African and African-American Studies, Criminal Justice, Geography, History, Political Science, Psychology, Social Science, Social Work and Sociology, offers Bachelor of Art degrees to majors Many of the courses taught in this division provide varying levels of opportunities for students to receive credit for being directly engaged with community issues and organizations. All majors are encouraged to participate in the division's Margaret James Social and Behavioral Sciences Club activities that promote professional socialization and future graduate studies. We are proud of the division majors who are also in the American Humanics Certification program for non-profit organization management. |
